Era Tech Agency – Affiliate Marketing Program Terms of Service

Welcome to Era Tech Agency’s Affiliate Marketing Program! We are thrilled to have you as a valued affiliate partner. This Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our Affiliate Marketing Program. By joining our program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1-Introduction

1.1 Era Tech Agency offers an Affiliate Marketing Program that allows affiliates to promote our products and services in exchange for commission-based compensation.

1.2 An “affiliate” refers to an individual or company that participates in the program and promotes Era Tech Agency’s products through various marketing channels.

1.3 This Agreement shall be in effect starting from the Effective Date and shall continue until either party terminates the agreement in accordance with the provisions herein.

2-Affiliate Obligations

2.1 As an affiliate, you agree to promote Era Tech Agency’s products and services ethically, transparently, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or harmful practices that could tarnish Era Tech Agency’s reputation or brand.

2.3 Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information to receive compensation promptly.

3-Scope of Agreement

3.1 This Agreement applies to all affiliate marketing activities conducted by Era Tech Agency and its affiliates during the term of this program.

3.2 Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

4-Compensation and Payment

4.1 Era Tech Agency shall pay affiliates a commission for each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate links.

4.2 Commission rates and payment terms shall be outlined in the Affiliate Commission Schedule provided separately to each affiliate.

4.3 All commission payments will be made through the chosen payment method specified by the affiliate.

5-Promotional Materials

5.1 Era Tech Agency may provide affiliates with promotional materials, including banners, links, and creatives, to facilitate marketing efforts.

5.2 Affiliates may only use approved promotional materials provided by Era Tech Agency and must not alter or modify them without prior consent.

6-Compliance and Marketing Restrictions

6.1 Affiliates shall adhere to all laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to affiliate marketing and advertising.

6.2 Affiliates must not engage in any form of spamming, fraud, or deceptive practices to promote Era Tech Agency’s products.

6.3 Affiliates shall not bid on Era Tech Agency’s branded terms or trademarks for paid search marketing without express permission.

7-Termination

7.1 Era Tech Agency reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the affiliate.

7.2 Affiliates may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to Era Tech Agency and ceasing all marketing activities.

8-Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

8.2 If no resolution can be reached, either party may seek mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving the dispute.

9-Limitation of Liability

9.1 Era Tech Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate marketing activities.
